Cascades Raptor Center

Artist, Dee Etzwiler, is the recipient of a Lane Arts Council 2023-2024 Artist Grant Award. This grant, funded by the City of Eugene Cultural Division, will give Dee the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Eugene non-profit organization, Cascades Raptor Center, to create a Narrative Collage that focuses on raptor migration. This informative and abstract work of art will be commercially printed on a metal substrate and installed at an exterior location on Cascades Raptor Center property in 2024.
