CASCADES RAPTOR CENTER
Artist, Dee Etzwiler, was awarded a 2023-2024 Artist Grant Award from the City of Eugene Cultural Services to work with the Eugene non-profit organization, Cascades Raptor Center (CRC). She is producing a Narrative Collage that will focus on raptors, as well as CRC’s important work. The completed work of art will be printed on a metal substrate and is scheduled to be installed on CRC’s property in November, 2026.
