PRIVATE COMMISSION
Artist, Dee Etzwiler, created a Narrative Collage in collaboration with clients who live in Bend, Oregon. This contemporary abstract piece expresses Dee’s clients’ love for Bend, Central Oregon’s natural beauty, and outdoor recreational activities. Realistic images and abstract/symbolic components are layered into this piece, such as Bend’s Old Mill District iconic smokestacks, a photo of Broken Top, a blue patch (representing sky, lakes and rivers), a fly fishing line, a mountain bike track and much more. This 7’ x 5’ digitally-developed piece was commercially printed on canvas, mounted on Gatorboard and framed.
