IMAGINATION INTERNATIONAL
a+a Studio artist, Dee Etzwiler, was commissioned by the Arts and Business Alliance of Eugene to create a Narrative Collage that celebrates the creative work and community service of Imagination International, Inc.
Dee’s layered work of art incorporates a range of images such as murals that Imagination International painted with school children, ‘Artie the Art Bus’ (their ‘rolling’ art classroom), a portion of a Copic Pen color chart (a major pen line Imagination International distributes), an abstract image of the company’s staff photos, and other symbolic imagery and textures that represent this successful company. This work of art was printed on fine art paper using pigment inks and measure 20” x 16” (24” x 20” framed).
